Eric Renney founded Green Sun Homes in 2014 after working in the construction industry for more than a decade on commercial and residential projects. He brought together a team that holds the same values that Green Sun Homes was built on: Quality, Reliability, and Professionalism.

Green Sun Homes wants to change what people think of when looking at homebuilding. Some homebuilders choose to show an amazing looking model but only produce a very basic home for the price advertised, then charge the homeowner for high priced upgrade. Green Sun Homes, on the other hand believes that value and satisfaction is delivered to the homebuyer by offering a home that includes the features that most homebuyers want. We want the customer to have value built into every aspect of their new home.
